If you wish to share your custom URL, it doesn't matter if you write your channel name using small letters or capital letters because you are allowed to change its capitalization and accents any way you want. For example, both youtube.com/c/yourchannelname

would send your viewers to the same YouTube channel.
You'll be able to claim a custom URL for your channel if your channel meets the general eligibility requirements. Here are the general eligibility requirements that you need to get a custom URL. To get a custom URL, your channel needs :-
* minimum 100 Subscribers
* to be older at least a month

* channel art
A YouTube channel may get just one custom URL and that isn't transferable or assignable to anyone.
When you will be eligible for getting a custom URL, Youtube will show a notice in your advanced account settings, you may be notified by an email and may see a notification in the dashboard of your Creator Studio.
Before you create: As I told above that you won't be able to change custom URL when you will have created once.

* Once your custom URL has been approved by YouTube, you can't request to change it, so make sure before clicking Confirm choice that it's the URL you wanted.
You are allowed remove your custom URL from your channel up to 3 times a year. When it will be removed, viewers won't reach to your channel using the old custom URL. You can't claim a new URL from the 'About me' page. Here are steps to claim remove custom URL and claim a new URL :-
* Sign in to YouTube
* Go 'About me' page
* Choose the account with your channel
* Look for your current custom URL under 'Sites' and click on edit
* Next to the URL you want to remove, click X
* Click OK
