Best Document app with important features for free [WPS Office]

Do you create document files for your business/individual purposes? If your answer is 'Yes' then be ready to get the best app free.

First of all I'd like to tell you my own experience with this app that has been always good. I have been using WPS Office since last 5 years but I had to uninstall it many times for the couple of reasons like changing my phone, hiding my files when giving someone, managing RAM space etc.

When we download a document file like pdf file it doesn't open directly on our phone because it needs any pdf file reader like Adobe Acrobat, WPS Office, PDF Manager etc. but you should download WPS Office because it has most features.

What is WPS Office?

WPS Office is a Document application like the computer application MS Word by which we can create document files in multiple file extensions (DOC, PPT, TXT, XLS, PDF). This is a mobile friendly app available on play store for free with high rating and downloads.

How to use WPS Office?

You can use WPS Office for your multiple purposes like to create a document, memo, presentation, spreadsheet and pdf. It has many options to make your document more attractive so that it will look like a computer file. Let me tell you the names of some features :-

Wrap Text (Big & Small Text), Zoom in & Zoom out, Bold, Italic, Underline, Color for Text, Highlight Text, Fonts, Font size, Alignments, Bullets, Add picture, Insert comment, Insert table, Export to pdf, picture sharing, file compressor, file encryption, add shapes, hyperlink, date & time, find & replace, word count, night mode, spell check etc.

Now you have seen that it provides numerous features free of cost but it has some premium features like file compressor, picture sharing and some more. It also offer you premium trial if you log in with your Google or facebook account. That's why I recommend this app other than similar apps.

When I write post/articles for my site in offline mode I use it. All my records, accounts and documents I keep safe in this app. I can edit them whenever I want to make any change.

WPS Office for Students

School or College going students can use it to make their notes for exams, Date Sheet, To do list, Memo etc. Students can download their Books, Notes and Question Papers to read them anywhere, anytime. Students can convert images into pdf and send to their classmates via WhatsApp, facebook or email. There are 50+ books, 300+ exams, and many articles in my WPS Office app.

WPS Office for Blogger

Bloggers have to post new articles day by day on their blogs so it may help them writing awesome articles. Many bloggers compose new post being online where they have to lose their mobile data (net) and battery. If they write post in WPS Office they can easily copy it and paste to their site and publish.

New Scan in WPS Office

This is a new feature in this app by which you can capture an a document image and save it as doc or ppt. This amazing feature can also convert a printed text into DOC file but this is a premium feature for that you have to pay a few amount. Speciality of this function is that, it doesn't capture surrounded area just the document which you needed.
