Image creating is one of the most preferred fond of Mobile users. They use many apps and websites to do it. People create images to fulfill different purposes : -

In this app you can use lots of color combinations for the background, images or text. Number of fonts are available if you use it online that you can use in any style or color. Frames are also available for the images to make the images more attractive.
3) PicsArt
It's an awesome Image Editor application that you can download from PlayStore but view its App Icon first because there are many apps with the same name
In PicsArt you can Edit Photos, Create Collage and draw anything you want. There many tools by which you can Edit Photos. You can change background of an image using this application using its 'Cutout' option.
