How to add i Button in YouTube Videos [YouTube Cards]

Hello dear YouTubers, today you shall learn how to add i button in your YouTube videos. It can help you promoting your other YouTube videos by which you can increase your views and watch time.

What is i Button?

i Button is a suggestion for the viewer if he/she is interested in another video. It appears on the top right corner as shown below in the image.

You can add maximum 5 i buttons in a single video. You can keep showing an i button as long as wish. It can help you growing your channel very soon. You might have seen that professional YouTubers who have subscribers in Millions use i buttons with high quality editing.

Add i Button in YouTube video

As far as I know fresh YouTubers can't add i Button in their YouTube videos but you can try it if you are eligible for the same. If you have a PC/Laptop you can do it directly very easily but if you don't have PC you can perform the same in your Smartphone by a tricky method. Follow the instructions as I mentioned below:-
● Open Chrome Browser in your Smartphone
● Search youtube.com and open the first URL
● Now click on 3 dots in top right corner of your cellphone screen
● Scroll down and Enable Request Desktop site
● Click on Creator Studio button showing in Blue color
● Click on Edit option of any video
● Click on Cards option
● Click on the layer below the video where you wanna show i button in your video
● Click on Add Card
● Click on Video or Playlist
● Select a video and Click on Create Card
● If you wanna show i button for some seconds you can drag its timing in layer below the video otherwise let it be default.
You've successfully added an i button in your YouTube video. You can add up to 5 i buttons in a video in the same way.
