How to Create Direct Download Links to Google Drive file

   Today I'll be sharing that method with you for what I was so curious for long. Before I started Blogging I wanted to create a website for uploading audio & video songs, photos, pdf files, games and apps. I had visited many sites like mp3juice, fullmobilemovie, getvideo etc those are very good websites because when someone click on a download link the file automatically starts downloading in the device storage. I stepped in Blogging journey in January 2017 but I could understand it all now. I know that most of you still are unaware of this technique.

Before you start

Do you know Google provides many services free of cost to its publishers. Google Drive is a tool of Google that is used to store our files that we want to share on the world wide web. It's free that gives us 15 GB online storage.
So, let's learn how to make a downloadable link.

How to create a direct downloadable link in Google Drive

#1 Sign in to your Google Drive Account
#2 Click on Upload ⬆

#3 Choose a file to upload
#4 Click on Options icon :

#5 Click on Share link
#6 Copy the link by clicking Copy to Clipboard and paste somewhere
#7 Copy file ID that is between/d/ and /view?

/d/File ID/view?

#8 Change the link format to make it direct downloadable link
The usual link format happens like this

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZTz_STcv5YC1_0vv8ZhbADElPfDCWa6Q/view?usp=drivesdk (Red Part is File ID)

and change it to this format

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=File ID

The perfect downloadable link will look like this -

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1ZTz_STcv5YC1_0vv8ZhbADElPfDCWa6Q

#9 Share the link wherever you want, like on Social Networks or Blogs/websites.
