'Only admins can send messages' New WhatsApp Group feature

WhatsApp, the most popular messaging application has included a new WhatsApp Group feature that allows only admins to send messages in the group. Isn't it a good feature? In this way group members shall receive only important messages, information and files. This WhatsApp feature may encourage to create WhatsApp Groups many more brands, restaurants, teacher, political organizations, bloggers and YouTubers to provide one way updates and news for the group members. At present WhatsApp supports up to 256 members in a WhatsApp Group.

How to enable 'Only admins can send messages' feature

You can enable this new feature of WhatsApp group by following some steps given below :-
* Tap on the group name
* Tap on Group settings
* Tap on Send messages
* Select Only admins
Only Admins allowed to send messages

This setting is available only on the latest supported version of WhatsApp throughout the world.

In May 2018, WhatsApp had also added four new features for WhatsApp groups. First feature was adding group description that can be add by any member of the group but now admin can set it up for Only admins. Group description is a information of a group that displays on the top of the chat when someone open the group or joins new one. New controls were also added in the group settings, allowing group admins to restrict all the members changing group Subject, icon and description. Another features was sending private message in a group by mentioning someone's contact number or name just typing @ that shows the list of all the members. It's really one of the nice features of WhatsApp settings. A new participant search feature added to find someone by searching for them under group info. Group admins were given an important option to remove admin permission that means the original group creator can remove a member from the group.
